We do not ship shiitake logs; if you live in WNC, choose the pick up option at check out and we will reach out to schedule a time and place.
We cut and dried logs from our own property in 2024; once dried, we inoculated them with a variety of shiitake mushroom that exhibits large harvests and does well in higher altitudes.
